From the train station: Take bus G (towards 'Espace Européen de l'Entreprise', you will find tickets machines in the main station or at the bus stop) and stop at Arago (takes about 10 minutes). The main entrance is rue du Loess (and so you might have to walk 10 minutes from the bus stop to reach the IPCMS).
